<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CIP cleaning method capable of efficiently removing residual flavors in a CIP process going currently underway for beverage bottling lines where there are various packings together. <P>SOLUTION: The CIP cleaning method comprises the step of bringing at least two objects to be cleaned differing in SP value by 1 or greater from each other into contact with a cleaning medium containing at least two solvents differing in SP value by 0.5 or greater from each other. In this method, the SP value difference (ΔSP1) between the first objects and the first solvent is 1 or less, and the SP value difference (ΔSP2) between the second objects greater in SP value than the first objects and the second solvent greater in SP value than the first solvent is 1 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
