A remote controller for controlling IPTV which a user easily uses is provided to adjust the size of the remote controller and allow a user to use the remote controller inserting a TV remote controller function of a mouse and a keyboard. A mouse puts a TV remote controller and a keyboard function. An LCD shows the screen of IPTV and is installed inside the remote controller in order to be wirelessly movable. A TV remote controller function of a computer keyboard and a mouse is inserted in a controller as a remote controller for IPTV.
