An apparatus for covering for a head rest on a seat with a stretchable portion to secure the apparatus to the head rest. Additionally, the apparatus may comprise an extension of material extending downward from the head rest to cordon the remainder of the seat from the user. The inventive apparatus may be of a disposable or reusable material, or incorporate padding.
