PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a technology for allowing trees to revive as an original energy resource by reconfirming the importance of firewood that has been obtained by humane in its living life from the old times, and developing biomass woody fuel by changing the form of the firewood, and further to develop a technology for allowing forest in Japan which has been destroyed to be regenerated and revived to contribute to the activation of the forestry by actively using the technology to use the forest as an unlimited energy feeding soource. SOLUTION: Forestry plants mainly comprising trees and converted to fuel are barked, heated, press molded, cooled or the like to produce woody blocks mainly aimed as the fuel. The blocks are basically made into tetragonal forms from minimum 100 g unit to maximum 1,000 kg unit selectively according to the demand, so that the industrial production including the storage and the transportation may become possible. In addition, when the bark is pressure-formed, the formed liquid such as sap is extracted and the essential oil or bio-ethanol included in the extract are used as a raw material of liquid fuel.
