A method and system for establishing service path, and a node device are provided. The method comprises: receiving new path or re-routing request; acquiring link resource using situation and user-configured information; the link resource using situation comprising the link resource occupancy situation, the situation of priority service using the link resource, the situation of label exchange path using the link resource, the cascade hierarchy of the label exchange path which occupies the link resource, at least; calculating the routing based on the link resource using situation and the user configured information to acquire signal routing information; sending the command for establishing routing according to the signal routing information, and establishing the service path according to the command for establishing routing. By way of the example's scheme, it solves the problem that re-establishing or resuming a service affects a lot of services that have lower priority; and ensures the success of re-establishing or resuming the higher priority service, when link and node resource are strained.
