<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fat measuring instrument equipped with a bio-impedance measuring abdominal part mounting unit which reduces the pain given to a subject, enables the smooth breathing operation and can be mounted on the subject in a close contact state with good reproducibility regardless of the waist length of the subject. <P>SOLUTION: The body fat measuring instrument 1A is equipped with a bio-impedance measuring body part mounting unit 100 including an electrode support part and a belt part. The belt part has a stretchable region in its part and the electrode support part has a fixing part to which one end part of the belt part is fixed and a holding part which holds the part near to the other end part of the belt part in a movable manner and includes a winding length regulating mechanism 32 capable of regulating the winding length of the belt part. The body fat measuring instrument 1A is equipped with a displacement quantity detection part 30 for displacement quantity of the belt part caused by the extension and contraction of the stretchable region and a winding length regulating mechanism control part 19 for controlling the winding length regulating mechanism 32 on the basis of the data detected by the displacement quantity detection part 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
