PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin cage for a tapered roller bearing, and the tapered roller bearing using the cage, for improving lubrication performance, while avoiding a phenomenon such as separation. SOLUTION: A lubricating oil gathering recessed part 20 is arranged in the circumferential direction of an inner diameter surface 19, on the inner diameter surface 19 of at least two column parts 15 among a plurality of column parts 15 of the synthetic resin cage 14.
