DATA COMMUNICATION APPARATUS USING HUMAN BODY CHANNEL AND METHOD THEREOF

A data communications device and a method thereof are provided to making data transmission/reception of an application level possible by using a human body medium, instead of using a conducting wire or an antenna. A data communications device using a human body medium comprises the followings: a human body medium communication module(20) for transmitting/receiving data through the human body medium based on a digital interface technique using the contact with the human body; and an interface unit(30) for controlling transmission/reception between application apparatuses by converting data transmitted/received to/from the application apparatuses so that the data can be transmitted/received through the human body medium communication module.
