PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure of a cylinder lock for use in a locking device of a door of an electric equipment storage box hardly causing water to infiltrate into a rotor or the like without the need to remove a cap when inserting a key. SOLUTION: A cap member 9 engaged with the peripheral edge of a circular collar 62 attached to the front peripheral edge of the cylinder lock 6 to cover the front face of the cylinder lock 6 has a key insertion hole 9a corresponding to a keyhole 63 of the cylinder lock 6, and the cap member 9 turns together with the cylinder lock 6 when operating the key.
