PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover material with excellent cleaning properties easily attachable to/detachable from an assist bar, and mounting structure of the same. SOLUTION: The assist bar 14 allowing a user to lean on is provided at a skirt part of a cabinet 2 of a sink cabinet. The assist bar 14 is constituted of a bar body 10 and the cover material 9 attached to the outside of the bar body 10. The cover material 9 has such elasticity as to be attached to/detached from the bar body 10. A handhold 23 is formed at the lower part of the cover material 9 to be used when the cover material 9 is detached from the bar body 10. The sink cabinet further includes a top panel 3 mounted on the upper surface of the cabinet 2, and the cover material has a projecting part 22 abutting on the lower surface of the top panel 3.
