A taper serration processing apparatus of the pivot shaft is provided to accurately deliver the torque of the motive without the slip by precisely processing the serration of the pivot shaft without squeezing. A taper serration processing apparatus of the pivot shaft comprises two taper serration dices(10) in which the tapered hole is formed in the inside diameter and formed a taper serration part(12) in the front side edge; a supporting shaft(20) in which the other side end is supported in the object with respective rotation; and a bolt(30) screwing the taper serration dice and supporting shaft by the medium of the washer inserted to the front of the taper serration dice with a certain depth.
