PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is required to constitute an input differential pair with a high breakdown voltage element for a large amplitude input. SOLUTION: A cascode current mirror circuit 20 is connected to an input differential pair 10 as an active load. A tail current source 30 supplies a tail current It to the input differential pair 10. A constant current source 40 is connected in parallel with the input differential pair 10 to supply constant current Ic to the tail current source 30.
