PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave heating device to realize locally concentrated heating depending on purposes while normally realizing uniform heating across the heating chamber. SOLUTION: This microwave heating device has rotary antennas 38, 39 to emit a microwave to a heating chamber 34, driving means 40, 41 to rotationally drive the rotary antennas, and a control means 411 to control a microwave generating means and the driving means. The control means has an intermittent control part 106 to intermittently control the microwave generating means, and an antenna control part 103 to control the driving means, and control of the driving means by the antenna control part is interrupted while the microwave is stopped by the intermittent control part. Thereby, intermittent control and rotary antenna control can be each independently controlled even if the microwave is intermittently applied to heat, suitable intermittent heating becomes possible, and even locally concentrated heating can be realized in accordance with the purposes while normally realizing uniform heating of the whole interior of the heating chamber.
