SOLUTION: Oar-like artificial muscles which act like oars from outward and forward to inward and backward are radially installed at the front and the back on the outside of a cylindrical artificial muscle which is expansible forward and backward to be installed and fixed on the outside of the endoscopic fiber around the longer axis of the endoscopic fiber as the center axis so as to make it possible to advance the endoscope. The automatic endoscope inserting device can be kept clean inside by being covered by an elastic cover therearound.
