PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board capable of responding to higher precision of a display panel; to provide a board for flat panel display; and to provide a flat panel display assembly provided with the circuit board and the board for flat panel display. SOLUTION: The circuit board which is attached to a flat panel display or the board for flat panel display is set such that an interval between neighboring terminals in a plurality of terminals disposed on a connection part with the board for flat panel display is small on the center part, becomes large on both ends and, meanwhile, the interval of the plurality of terminals, as proceeding from the center part to both end parts, stepwisely, gradually or gradation-likely increases.
