摘要 A reaction detecting method between protein and bio molecular is provided to measure a reaction between the bio molecular and the protein rapidly by using a bio-chip based on a gold nanoparticle single-layer film and forming the gold nanoparticle single-layer film on a substrate. The reaction between the bio molecular and the protein includes an antigen-antibody reaction, a receptor-ligand reaction, a reaction of a substrate-enzyme. A reaction detecting method between protein and bio molecular using a bio-chip based on a gold nanoparticle single-layer film comprises a solid support, a self-assembled monolayer film formed on a solid support, a gold nanoparticle single-layer film formed by ionic bond of the gold nanoparticle and a terminal function of the self-assembled monolayer film or a gold nanoparticle single-layer film formed by a chemical adsorption and a bio molecular layer formed by a specific binding of the bio molecular and the gold nanoparticle on the gold nanoparticle single-layer film.
