A method for adding a culture fluid and photosynthetic bacteria from which bad smell is removed into food composition is provided to improve a conformance as the food composition or an additive. A method for adding a culture fluid into food composition comprises a step of perform a deodorization before adding Fungi and the culture fluid in the food composition by distilling the fungi and the culture fluid including the fungi of the photosynthetic bacteria, the culture fluid or the fungi. The photosynthetic bacteria are selected in a group consisting of rhodopseudomonas capsulata, Rhodopseudomonas sphaeroides and Rhodospirillum rubrum. The bacteria have a concentration of 1x104 cells/ml - 1x108 cells/ml. The food composition contains the culture fluid.
