PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable positioning and fixation even with respect to a panel material having a small locating hole. SOLUTION: This positioning clamping device clamps both a panel material having a circular locating hole formed thereon and a panel material having a quadrilateral locating hole formed thereon. A clamping arm 26 is provided inside a slit 24 formed on a locating pin 22 capable of freely reciprocating in the axial direction, and is moved to a retreat position entering into the slit 24 and to a clamping position for clamping the panel material. Guide parts 41 opposing to the locating hole when the locating pin 22 is fitted to the locating hole of the panel material are provided in the locating pin 22. To clamp the panel material, after the locating pin 22 is retracted resisting to spring force and is slid along the panel material, the panel material is clamped between a workpiece support face 17 and a clamping piece 27.
