PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple structure which facilitates the locking of a grating cover, and which enables the grating cover to be surely opened/closed according to need. SOLUTION: When the grating cover 10 is housed in a frame body 20, a locking mechanism 30 inhibits the opening of the grating cover 10 by a movable body 40 for moving a guide piece 31, formed in the grating cover 10, by self-weight, together with an engaging piece 33 and the guide piece 31. In this state, when the movable body 40 is moved by an external force of a control lever 60, the guide piece 31 and the engaging piece 33 can be disengaged from an end member 41 of the movable body 40.
