PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a (meth)acrylic ester polymer having an alkoxysilyl group and a curable composition which rarely change into yellow or other colors by time-dependent change of a curable material. SOLUTION: The (meth)acrylic ester polymer comprises a repeating unit comprising a monomer containing a (meth)acrylic ester having at least an alkoxysilyl group and is obtained by a free radical polymerization in which a peroxide is used as a polymerization initiator.
