PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect an error log in an information processor storing information indicating a content of an error generated when executing a prescribed function, as the error log, in a built-in storage part. SOLUTION: Equipment 1 records AV data, for example, into an external recording medium 3, detects the error generated when executing recording processing, stores the information indicating the content of the detected error into the built-in storage part, and records the error log stored in the storage part, into the external recording medium. The external recording medium 3 is readable by a personal computer 2 communicable with a server 5 for analyzing the error log via a network 4.
