<p>The clothing is designed to prevent medical workers after using needles on patients who may be suffering from infective pathologies transmissible via blood. A protective element comprises, at the time of production and shipping, a first portion and a second portion reciprocally constrained by a connecting element moulded contemporaneously with the two portions.
