Cosmetic composition in a foam form, comprises a continuous oil phase and at least a structuring agent of oil phase comprising olefin copolymer. Independent claims are included for: (1) a coating of keratinous material comprising applying at least one layer of the composition on the keratinous material; and (2) a kit for make up and/or non-therapeutic caring of keratinous material comprising container containing the composition as foam, and an applicator containing at least one configured application element configured to implement the composition on the keratin material.
