PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for carrying out a continuous enzymic reaction on a one-chip microreactor, a method for making a plurality of sugars react continuously that uses the method, and the microreactor.

SOLUTION: In the microreactor 10 including a base material 1 and a microchannel 2 formed on the base material 1, the microchannel 2 has a plurality of reaction fields 3a, 3b and 3c arranged in series, and the reaction fields 3a, 3b and 3c have carriers 5 having enzymes immobilized thereon and damming parts 4 for damming the flow of the carrier.
