<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling structure for underground facilities such as subways capable of preventing leakage of rainwater by a simple mechanism and having excellent economic efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A substrate 6 is horizontally disposed under a concrete ceiling wall 2 which is suspended by a suspending body 4. A ceiling board is formed of a plurality of metal panels 10. A mounting part 10k and plug receiving parts 10g, 10n are formed at one side of each panel 10, and a plug part 10j is formed at the other side. The mounting part 10k of each panel 10 is secured to the lower surface of the substrate 6, and the plug part 10j of the adjacent panel 10 is inserted into the plug receiving part 10g of each panel 10.
