<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device capable of obtaining high collision damage reduction effects and suppressing a malfunction of a collision damage reducing means. <P>SOLUTION: When a motion state determination means 41 determines that a specific object of which the possibility of colliding with a vehicle is specified is a stop object based on an estimated route of the vehicle and a relative position and a relative speed with respect to the vehicle, an actuation instructing means 46 delays, for a predetermined time, actuation instruction timing with respect to the collision damage reducing means (e.g. automatic brake) compared to actuation instruction timing in the case of a moving body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
