The installation number of the light emitting diode is minimized. The convenience of task can be improved since the light of the light emitting diode is diffusely reflected to outside. Luminance can be maximized while reducing the installation fee and electrical charge. In the cover(2) of the light emitting diode(10) installed at the neon sign or the traffic light, it is formed in the outside of the light emitting diode. It is formed as a concave part(20) of the recess shape in inside and outside. It has a declined part(21) whose both sides has the angle of inclination. The prism sheet having the minute concavo-convex is formed integrally formed in the concave part of inner side of the cover. Or a plurality of grooves is formed to refract the light of the light emitting diode in every direction by using the laser beam in the cover.
