PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of occasionally loosening a nut member when vibration is applied to a removing tool when placing concrete, by providing the form installing and form removing tool and a concrete form construction method for easily separating from installation and removal of a form, in a fixture for sandwiching and fixing a form interval holding tool and the form. SOLUTION: A female screw part for threadedly engaging circular plate-like one end surface with one end of the form interval holding tool composed of a cylindrical shape in the center of the other end surface, a fastening metal fitting having a male screw part on a peripheral surface of the cylindrical shape, a receiving throughhole and a preventive member for driving a fastening nut or the wedge-shaped loosening preventive member for sandwiching and fixing the form in the metal fitting by forming a crossed groove receiving part in the center with a fastening receiving part of a square column shape and an outside surface of the fastening receiving part as a vertical plane in an outer end part of the metal fitting, a fastening washer for holding a batter material and the nut member for fixing the washer, are arranged and constituted so that the form and the removing tool can be simultaneously removed.
