PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide alcoholic beverage a method and an apparatus for pouring into a new bamboo tube container capable of substantially improving the flavor of poured alcoholic beverage when the alcoholic beverage is poured into the bamboo container. SOLUTION: A bamboo tube container alcoholic beverage pouring method for pouring alcoholic beverage into a bamboo tube container having both ends kept in their closed state is characterized in that the same comprises the steps of keeping the inner side of the bamboo tube container in a negative pressure and pouring alcoholic beverage into the negative pressure bamboo tube container.
