PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple type manufacturing apparatus of micro-bubble water and nano-bubble water which has compact integral structure and can be easily installed at a home, an office or the like and by which micro-bubble water and nano-bubble water manufactured on-line can be effectively utilized. SOLUTION: An introduction part for introducing water from an exterior, a pressurizing part for pressurizing water introduced from the introduction part, a gas dissolving part for raising a mixed ratio of air to pressurized water sent from the pressurizing part, a micro-bubble water discharging part for discharging gas dissolved water obtained at the gas dissolving part outside as the micro-bubble water and a nano-bubble water producing part for receiving discharged micro-bubble water and producing nano-bubble water, are integrally provided in a cabinet.
