PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visualized biochip for improving analyses of DNA, RNA and the like in which conventional chips are used, to be easily observed by eyes. SOLUTION: A method for analyzing a test sample includes: a process for contacting the test sample to a biological molecule-immobilization support on which the biological molecule such as DNA to be a target is immobilized to constitute a visually detectable sign; and a process for detecting the sign appearing on the substrate as a result of mutual action between the immobilized biomolecules and the biomolecules included in the test sample.
