摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination device for measuring lateral flow immunity for forming a detection part of the examination device for detecting, or determining the presence of an object to be detected at a higher speed and with higher sensitivity than conventional measuring methods, and to provide a method therefor. SOLUTION: In this method for forming the detection part of the examination device for measuring lateral flow immunity, the latex particulates formed by connecting the object to be detected, in conditions where it floats in a liquid medium containing buffer with antibody reacting to antigen-antibody or its antigen connecting piece as an acquiring substance and surface active agent which is in white powder in normal condition are applied to nitrocellulose membrane, constituting the detection part of the examination device for measuring lateral flow immunity, and are then dried. The latex particulates have particle diameter that allows free flow in the lateral direction in the nitrocellulose membrane, in a state prior to the connecting of the substances to be captured.
