<p>Disclosed herein is an abdomen and lower body exercise device, which can allow a user to exercise his/her lower body by pushing out footstools mounted at a lower mat when lying or sitting on the mat, and to concurrently perform abdominal exercise by continuously pressing down an upper mat with a force of his/her upper body, and which can achieve abdominal exercise by allowing the user to push a backrest downward while putting his/her feet on a footstool rod when sitting on a seat, as well as can anticipate improvement in blood circulation through the use of acupressure means provided at the backrest so as to press acupuncture points distributed on the user's back in frictional contact with them during the abdominal exercise.</p> |
