<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure, in which rigidity of elastic members 25, 26 incorporated in a torque joint part 20 disposed between a tip part of an output shaft 10 and a base end part of a worm 8 is changed according to magnitude of torque transmitted by the torque joint part 20. <P>SOLUTION: The torque joint part 20 based on engagement of a spline hole 11a and a spline shaft part 12a, is constituted by arranging a low-rigidity transmission part 29 low in rigidity with respect to a torque transmission direction, a medium-rigidity transmission part 28 medium in rigidity, and a high-rigidity transmission part high in rigidity, to be mutually in series with respect to an axial direction. In the low-rigidity transmission part 29, a size of a clearance with respect to the torque transmission direction is smaller than a clearance of the high-rigidity transmission part 27 in the direction.
