<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and highly reliable communication method for communicating with a small non-power supply circuit having no power supply and a device therefor. <P>SOLUTION: When the communication is performed with the non-power supply circuit having no power supply, potential difference used in the non-power supply circuit is supplied between two communication lines, a pulse for generating potential difference exceeding the above potential difference is applied on a first communication line of the two communication lines by performing pulse width modulation by data to be transmitted to the non-power supply circuit, the non-power supply circuit receives power supply by the potential difference between the two communication lines to receive the data by the pulse applied by performing the pulse width modulation by the data to be transmitted. On the other hand, the non-power supply circuit makes constant current circuit into a connected state or disconnected state to the first communication line of the two communication lines corresponding to data transmitted from the non-power supply circuit, and detects current flowing to a second communication line of the two communication lines to receive the data transmitted by the non-power supply circuit based on current flowing to the second communication line of the two communication lines. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
