TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM AND TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT METHOD OF PRODUCT There is provided a temperature adjustment system capable of suppressing the temperature variation of a tank and saving the energy necessary to adjust a temperature. The temperature adjustment system with a jacket portion 18 for adjusting the temperature of a product to a temperature setting and for adjusting the temperature of the product by supplying a heated or cooled heat medium to the jacket portion 18, includes a heating tank 12 for storing the heat medium of a temperature kept higher than the temperature setting, a cooling tank 14 for storing the heat medium of a temperature kept lower than the temperature setting, and an intermediate tank 16 for storing the heat medium of a temperature which is not adjusted and ranging between the temperature of the heat medium stored in the heating tank and the temperature of the heat medium stored in the cooling tank, wherein the temperature of the product is adjusted to the temperature setting by selectively supplying the heat medium stored in any of the tanks.
