PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control valve improved in flow control accuracy. SOLUTION: In the flow control valve 1, a rotary disc 5 is turned by the rotationally driving power of a stepping motor 4 via a rotary shaft 7 to change the combined or overlapped state of the communicating holes 50 of the rotary disc 5 and the communicating holes 60 of a fixed disc 6 as well as the shape of a flow passage, so that the flow rate of fluid flowing out of outlet ports 22 is controlled. In this case, the rotary disc 5 has a projected portion 51, and a housing 2 has an abutting portion 23 capable of coming into contact with the projected portion 51. The rotation of the rotary disc 5 is regulated by the contact of the projected portion 51 with the abutting portion 23. Also, the origin of the rotary disc 5 in the rotational direction is determined in the state that both of the play between the motor shaft 40 of the stepping motor 4 and the rotary shaft 7 and the play between the rotary shaft 7 and the rotary disc 5 are eliminated in a rotational direction of the rotary disc 5.
