<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance light-emission efficiency of a light-emitting element by forming a finely corrugated form, in a simple manner on the surface of a light-emitting face. <P>SOLUTION: An LED element 10 for example is provided as a light-emitting member, and a recording material layer 12 which can produce a change of form in heat-mode is formed on a light-emitting surface 18 of the LED element 10. Here, by irradiating the recording material layer 12 with a focused light beam, a plurality of depressions 15 are formed at a pitch of 0.01 to 100 times as long as that of the center wavelength of the light emitted from the LED element 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
