PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push switch installed mainly on a front panel and a steering wheel of an automobile which can prevent noises at the time of operation with a simple structure and has excellent operation feeling. SOLUTION: A guide part 13A to contact the inner circumference of an operating unit 2 and an inclined part 13B connected to this guide part 13A are installed on the lower side of a pawl part 13 of a case 11 engaging with a hole part 2B of the operating unit 2. Thereby, inclination at the time of returning of the operating unit 2 is prevented by the inclination part 13B and shock at the time of contacting of the lower end of the hole part 2B to the lower side of the pawl part 13 can be attenuated by the guide part 13A in contact with the inner circumference of the operating unit 2, thus, occurrence of the noises are reduced and a push switch can be obtained which has low noises at the time of operation with a simple structure and has the excellent operation feeling.
