<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition which exhibits a good alkali developability and is excellent in heat resistance and transparency. <P>SOLUTION: This curable resin composition having a specific structure can be formed into coating films extremely excellent in heat resistance and transparency, can exhibit the good alkali developability, and can suitably be used in fields such as resist materials, various coatings or paints.
