PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of resin coat carrier for electrophotographic developer which allows the surface of carrier core material to be coated with the resin coating film of a uniform thickness, prevents carrier particles from being aggregated with one another, has a high yield and can be used especially suitably for the manufacturing of small particle-size carrier. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of resin coat carrier for electrophotographic developer, a rolling fluidized bed type coating device provided with a processing vessel, a partition tube disposed in the processing vessel and a disintegration mechanism for dispersing the aggregation of the carrier particles with mechanical disintegration force is used to apply a resin on the surface of the carrier particles, wherein the disintegration mechanism comprises an impeller having disintegration blades and a screen having a plurality of holes, rotation speed of the impeller is 200 to 500 ppm, pore size of the screen is 1 to 5 mm and the rate of hole area of total pores in the screen is 30 to 70%.
