PURPOSE:To improve the operability by registering and retrieving a necessary document without using a keyboard. CONSTITUTION:The sorting and retrieving marks, etc., are registered in the code information and the handwritten characters, etc., are registered in images with use of the document register sheets like the document name, sorting and retrieving marks, etc. When one or plural documents are registered, the document register sheet is set on an image reading part 1 of a scanner, etc., and read. These register sheets are property used according to the types of registration, e.g. the registration of one or plural documents, the registration of the sorting and retrieving marks, etc. In such a way, a filing device can be used in the sense approximate to the paper. Thus the operability and the application range of the filing device can be improved. |
