PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize power consumption needed for communicating information without making operability worse. SOLUTION: When a photograph is taken by a digital camera 10, an enable signal is transmitted. Once the enable signal is received, a mobile phone 11 has a short-distance radio communication circuit 69, a communication circuit 71 for GPS, and a positioning circuit 75 actuated to acquire position data by the communication circuit 71 for GPS and positioning circuit 75. After acquiring the position data, operations of the communication circuit 71 for GPS and positioning circuit 75 are stopped. Short-distance radio communication is established between the digital camera 10 and mobile phone 11 to communicate the position data. After the position data are communicated, the short-distance radio communication is disconnected and operations of short-distance radio communication circuits 46 and 69 are stopped.
