<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce customer burden in changing contracts, and reduce the labor of both customers and financial institution by implementing a reliable examination. <P>SOLUTION: A contract change reception system for processing a contract change request sent from a customer terminal comprises: an input reception means for inputting a customer's contract change application and customer information; an update determination means for determining whether or not an examination process has been executed for the customer's contract change, and if it has been executed, determining whether or not any attributes about income in the customer information have been updated after the notification of the examination result to the customer; a determination result notification means for sending a message that the contract change is rejected to the customer terminal if the update determination means determines that any attributes about the income have been updated, and a contract changing means for accepting the contract change if the update determination means determines that no attributes about the income have been updated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
