PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having both of good reflection preventing properties and electromagnetic wave shielding properties by one constitution by constituting first and second ceramic membrane layers of different materials. SOLUTION: A first ceramic membrane layer is composed of a material having electric insulating properties and a second ceramic membrane layer is composed of a conductive material. The material having electric insulating properties means a material having substantially electric insulating properties. Any material having a high refractive index and formed in consideration of the close adhesiveness with a base material or a metal layer film or endurance may be used. The conductive material means a material substantially having conductivity. As a representative material to be used, ITO(Indium Tin Oxide), ZnO, SnO or a mixture of them can be designated but any material substantially having conductivity and high in refractive index may be used. |
