A lighting fixture apparatus for midnight is provided to prevent an accident by delaying the time for putting out the lighting for a predetermined time based on a circumference illumination. A lighting fixture apparatus for midnight includes a power(11), a general light(15), a general circuit, a delay circuit, a delay control circuit, a switch(12), an output unit(14), and a control unit(13). The general light has a sufficient illumination for a normal work. The general circuit is coupled to the power and the general light. The delay circuit is installed at the general circuit in parallel, and connects the power and the general light. The delay control circuit detects the illumination state of the circumference and the state of the general circuit. The switch is installed at the general circuit and controls a power provided to the general light. The output unit is installed at the delay circuit and controls a power provided to the general light. The control unit is installed at the delay control circuit and applies a control signal to the output unit. The control unit has a time delay unit(16), and a circumference illumination detection unit(17). If the time delay unit detects an off signal of the circumference of the general light, the time delay unit delays a time so that the general light is switched off after a predetermined time. The circumference illumination detection unit transmits a conduction control signal to the output unit so that the general light is switched on if the circumference illumination is lower than a predetermined illumination.
