<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric elastomer composition which has excellent flame retardancy with a consideration of effects on environments and having sufficient dielectric characteristics as an antenna material, and to provide an antenna member obtained by molding the composition. <P>SOLUTION: This dielectric elastomer composition comprising 100 pts.wt. of an elastomer such as ethylene-propylene rubber, 50 to 400 pts.wt. of a metal hydroxide such as aluminum hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide, and 10 to 200 pts.wt. of a bromine-based flame retardant excluding polybromophenyl ether or polybromobiphenyl is characterized by having a dielectric constant of ≥3 and a dielectric loss tangent of ≤0.02 at a frequency of 1 GHz and a temperature of 30°C.
