PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a rotation speed by preventing scale-up of a rotary drum or a disc used in a rotary apparatus utilizing a magnetic force and changing a magnet attaching position and a scale position, without requiring specific accuracy in arrangement of permanent magnets. SOLUTION: This rotary apparatus has a structure in which a plurality of permanent magnets are attached on a drum unit, centered about a rotating drum, and the magnets are spirally attached from upper or lower part to form a pair of rotating drums. This apparatus achieves prevention of rotary noises or rotary vibration, caused in high-speed rotation due to a rotary plate such as a disc, and miniaturization enables high-speed rotation and improves power generation. High-speed rotation can be achieved, thereby increasing power generation and power generated in an external electric magnet, and this system can be utilized as various kinds of powers.
