<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image transfer service system and the like capable of transferring a photographed image, using a non-contact communication medium. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 103 writes a mail address of input personal information into a personal information area 122 of a memory part 502 in a non-contact type IC card part 107. An easily picture photographing device 101 photographs a subject (user), acquires an image data, and works, edits and composes an image, based on an indication from the user.
