PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow sliding resistance reducing device being easily attached to an existing ski board and a snow board and capable of improving a sliding performance in a simple structure; and a ski board equipped therewith. SOLUTION: This snow sliding resistance reducing device 1 is disposed with a permanent magnet 3 in a case 2 sealed tightly, and the case 2 is fixed on the front-part upper surface of a sliding device such as the ski board. Preferably, the case 2 is manufactured of metal, plastic, vinyl chloride leather, synthetic leather or artificial leather.
